Pregnancy Fatigue 2nd Trimester is totally normal.
The fatigue will typically last during the first and third trimesters. Its convenient in the fact that your hormones are producing at an extremely high level which can also be bringing on Morning Sickness.

Find a great Maternity Pillow
My maternity pillow was extremely comfortable and I still use it today as a lounger with my toddler when we are cuddled up for Movie Night.
Sleep at the perfect temperature
Let’s be honest, you are running HOT. Unless you are in a cold climate odd’s are its difficult getting comfortable especially in some of these summer months. Consider investing in an awesome fan.
Start a Pregnancy to-do List
The nesting period of pregnancy is real. Start a list of everything you want to complete so you don’t find yourself stressing over everything that needs to be done. I have a great list available here of everything you need.
When all else fails Mom, be sure to have the most comfortable pjamas available. Loungewear was my favorite and they will never goto waste!
Find a Good TV Series to watch
Sometimes we just need something to distract us that is a feel good show. Nothing dramatic, a simple comedy will help clear your mind and put a smile on your face.
Recognize where your body is aching
The growing pains and swelling can be challenging. Elevating your feet before bed or finding an amazing cooling lotion can do wonders.
