Are you still trying to figure out that perfect Mom Hack while you are in the car with your kiddos?
There are so many Mom Hacks out there, here are the tried few that myself and other moms are raving about!
I cannot believe the endless trips unloading the car, compiled toddler gear in the trunk and constant cleaning that is required – just in the car!
If it isn’t enough that we are trying to maintain a cleaning schedule for the house, don’t forget your car too…. Sigh
If you’re still trying to figure out the perfect items to have on hand in the car for trips with your newborn and toddler – read these!
Have you ever taken a look at the back seat and assumed your kiddo never ate the snack, instead played basketball against the seats? “SLAM DUNK!” I have now decided even the snack cups with lids are a worthless piece of traveling gear.
Whether you are running errands, traveling with toddlers or commuting to work with your kids, WE ALL KNOW THE STRUGGLE. French fries, soccer balls, extra shoes and the jacket they wore last week. It all piles up.
Personally, I dread the “car clean out day.” When you sort through keep, toss, and inside belongings. What do you do with everything labeled as “keep in the car?” Before you assume it’s all in one pretty area or the diaper bag, you more than likely have a newborn.
Organizational Mom Hack #1 for any Mom that Drives!
HOW this trunk organizer has changed my life and WHY I will be buying more!
I recently had the opportunity to try the Red Oak Outfitters Trunk Organizer. I’ve used a lot of trunk organizers and tried multiple ways to get my car life in order – every time it’s been a struggle.
This organizer is one of the sturdiest most helpful organizer’s’ I have ever used! I was able to fit half my load of groceries from the Walmart Grocery pull-up in it! Rather than having to make 15 trips inside with groceries while my Toddler begged to play outside, I made 4.
When I am not using it for groceries, it has handled some of the regular gear I now keep in the car with my toddler!
Unbeatable price, GREAT Quality and a Mom Hack every Mom Must Have!
Top 3 Mom Hacks – DIY from any Dollar Store!
There are lots of DIY Mom Hacks out there for keeping your car clean. The top 3 include;
- Trash – Line a Plastic Cereal Container with a grocery trash bag and start filling. Keep a few extra grocery trash bags at the bottom.
- Cup Holder Liners – This has probably been the best advice I’ve received thus far. Prior to using silicone cupcake liners it looked as if every last crumb was intermixed with the crayons I found as car contraband.
- Interior Vacuum – Yep – I now have 2 because taking it in / out of the house was becoming a nuisance as it seemed to be daily! Are you wondering which is my favorite? Here you go! It vacuums up practically everything!
